    ABOUT THE CURRICULUM: 

    CareImpact is a partner of Trauma Free World to deliver their renowned 18-hour Trauma-Informed Care course to communities across Canada. Known for its expertise in trauma training, Trauma Free World equips individuals and organizations with the knowledge and tools to create safe, healing spaces for those impacted by trauma.

    Through this partnership, CareImpact has been forming a growing collective of Canadian social service professionals and ministry leaders who share deep compassion for the most vulnerable and a passion for equipping Canadian communities, particularly the Church and Christian ministries,  to effectively care in our Canadian contexts. 

  • All classes will be offered live online via Zoom. Laptop or iPad with camera and mic is recommended. 

     

    These will be recorded sessions, in the event that a participant has a scheduling conflict on any given class. Online live participation is expected for an optimal learning experience. 

    Hybrid classes (online learning, but hosted in a physical group setting) are possible with prior notice. The following cities (so far) have arranged to meet in person for Saturday, March 1:

    • Winnipeg (if there is expressed interest)
